It all depends on the original you. It works for some people, and others, it doesn't. It's all that simple. It wouldn't hurt to try it for a while and see the effects that it has on you.
idk but ive heardd that certain toothpastes do. but withOUT the baking soda cus that supposevly burns your skin off. my friend went walking around with two giant red marks in between her nose because of that. dont attempt.
