Hey well my advice would be drink ur 8 glasses a day %26amp; also do u exfolate ??? it can get rid of blemishes and if u use a cleanser or face wash which has no oil base, try to use a gel base as that should get the shiny apperaence of ur face. umm and u shud always try to moisturise but use a non oil base moisturiser, i use Boots make there cleanser,toner, and moisteriser its not expensive and does the job.. i have the same problem as u do..
