hiya you could be suffering from eczema or even scerisis you should go to see your g.p and i'm sure he/she could help you further,it could also be down to the detergents that are being used for washing your clothes you may be allergicI have some patcy red blemishes al over my legs they are itchy as well does any one know what they are ?

Could be eczema or you may be allergic to something (washing powder etc...)
You'd be best seeing your GP who will refer you to a dermatologist if needed.
