i use pro-active and i love it but it is expensive so if you can't afford it i would use acne-free 3 step system but i think just use medication doesn't work
okay this is what i do to keep my skin so clear.
1) only wash your face once a day with a 3-step system (preferably at night)
2) take a shower in the morning everyday.
3) never touch your face when you haven't just washed your hands.
4) avoid sitting in the sun as much as possible.
5) when you wash your face use hot water first to open your pores then wash the cleanser of with cold water to close your pores.
6) only use oil free sunscreen
7) keep your hair out of your face as much as possible
8) keep your hair up in a pony-tail at night
9) change your pillow cases every other day.
10) avoid caffeine and drink a ton of water
11) eat tomatoes and spinach, they make your face brighter
12) avoid bread.
Hope it helps- following these rules really made my skin brighter and blemish free.
ill share this one with u for free and its found in most garden its the aloe veras plant cut one of the points off and rib the sticky juice all over your face.and call me in the morning smile.
Ambi and neutrogena visibly even work to fade scars.
I needed acutane to get rid of my acne, only a dermatologist can prescribe it to you.
Good Luck
