Help skin problem! Blemishes on face that are bleeding?

I get some acne on my face that gets filled with blood and then when it heals it leaves a red scar.

Use an astringent on your face on a daily basis to keep it clean and find a good moisturizer to use that won't clog your pores. There are several out there for different skin types.





Vitamin E oil might work too, to prevent you from getting such bad scarring.





If you can afford it, Proactiv is supposed to be a good anti-acne treatment. I haven't used it, but it's supposed to be really good. If nothing else, go to a dermatologist who can give you something to help.





Use the astringent first. It might be you just need to cut out the junk food, get more fresh air and sun, and keep your face as clean as you can. Clean your skin several times a day and it should help clear it up at least a bit.

Sounds like cystic acne. You can try using Witch Hazel (a natural astringent) but if it comes down to it and you cant find anything that works, consult your dr. I was placed on antibiotics for my acne, and that seemed to help a lot.
I assume you already have been practicing basic skincare.





Most likely an infection. Check with a dermatologist on which antibiotics will work best (he or she needs to get a sample). These infections do not simply heal by themselves and will last for years.
