It seems the spots are caused by unbalanced hormone and too much sun. I've heard eating strawberry helps prevent them. As long as you exercise till you sweat, it should help.
well to be honest chocolate does nothing yo your skin alone, it will maybe affect your weight but not your skin. just keep a balenced diet and eat lots of fruit and veg, i know that everyone will say this but beleive me, i tryed the 5 - a day to see how it affected me, and i didnt gt any spots and the ones that i already had were cleared up within 2 days of eating 5- a day.
