I'm 12 and turning 13 on Sunday this weekend (equals=MY BIG PARTY), and I have some pimples and blemishes going on my face. Can you help, plz...Does toothpaste work? If it doesn't, what does?

staying in the sun helps alot.so does wiping your face with baby wipes...but if your looking for products try neutrageana ( how ever you spell it)acne wash,clean and clear or proactive..good luck and have fun at your party!!Fight pimples and blemishes: what works?
Use alcohol every morning and night, be sure that every other night to put some type of moisturizer(spl.?) on.
