What is the best targeted blemish remover or spot acne treatment you know of?

I need some ideas for a good spot acne treatment. I don't have bad acne, just the occasional breakout. Something I could put on right before bed and remove in the morning would be great. I have pretty sensitive skin tho, so anything with alcohol might damage my skin.

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.





I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.





I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Use a cream or scrub with either salicylic acid (weaker) or benzoyl peroxide. These are generally used in many acne treatments. For the later make sure the cream is 10% for the most effect. Brands to look for in the drugstore are: ZapZyt, OXY, etc.





If you are looking for something a little more effective but a lot more expensive, there is an acne treatment formulated by a dermatologist. I can't remember the name (which I know doesnt help too much) but I thought his initials were M.B. I have seen some youtube videos on the effects and they look amazing.
