Wash twice a day with a mild soap.
Use a product that contains 2% salicylic acid - look for it in the acne products section. Most of these are either salycilic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Use the 10% benzoyl peroxide on breakouts. Then keep your hands away from your face.

go to your doctor or a shoppers drug mart store and ask the people who work there for a cream ... i guess.
