like i know Paintshop %26amp; PhotoImpact has a ';makeup'; tool that can get rid of acne, and etc; but does GIMP? if so, where is it and how do you use it? If it doesnt, is there a FREE PHOTO IMAGING program i can use that has it?Does GIMP have tools that fix blemishes and imperfections like PaintShop %26amp; Photoshop?
umm its not called that, but there is, there are two ways. use the 4th and 5th icons from the right, the healer and perspective clone tool.
