I would try neutragena advanced solutions, its a line. I would specifically try the acne mark fadin peel bc it peels the top layer of skin and has worked for me.What are some good skin cleansers? i have white heads and blemishes. i need something that wont irritate!?
It depends on what you need and what you can handle. For your degree of acne, you may need a cleanser with BHA (salicylic acid) such as certain Clean and Clear products or Dr. Elaine's Advanced Skin Treatment; or with benzoyl peroxide, such as Proactive. Or you may want to use something softer, and finish with a retinol creme. If you aren't able to consult a dermatologist, I would try visiting an Origin's shop, if you have one in your town. This will allow you the option to create a personalized regimen unique to your skin type, rather than sampling mountains of various expensive systems.

I recommend Origins because I have a very hard-to-classify skin type which requires a distinct collection of products to balance. Thus far, I've been satisfied with Origin's Modern Friction, which I use twice a week. In between, I've concocted a system of my own consisting of Aveeno's Daily Brightening Scrub (which maintains my last faux-dermabrasion without irritating my sensitive skin), followed by Proactive Toner at night, and Avon's Anew Luminosity Ultra (which leaves my skin the equivalent of silk) each morning. For me, it's the perfect system, for someone else, maybe not. So, again, I strongly encourage you to find what works specifically for you.

Good luck!
try Alba botanical facial cleanser. I found it worked really well and there are no harsh chemicals, so it won't cause pealing. It is available in most major pharmacies. Also, the Body Shop tea tree oil cleansers work well.
alba is quite a good cleanser and it sold widely. But you should only use organic skin care products that guarantee gentleness and clear skin.
